Commander format using the regular Commander banlist https://magic.wizards.com/en/banned-restricted-list
In addition to the regular Magic rules, the supplemental Monarch ruleset will be in use https://www.monarch.cards/policy-documents/mstr
Decklists will be required for the event, please e-mail your decklist, or a link to your decklist to stephenCEDH@gmail.com – Make sure to send your decklist by August 18th
Playtest cards are being made available for the duration of the event for participating players. These are cards provided by the tournament organiser to act as placeholders in your deck. If you would like to request playtest cards, please include which cards in your submitted decklist you require playtest copies of, from the following list of cards:

Players are not permitted to bring playtest copies of any cards themselves AND must return the Playtest cards at the end of the event…
Prize Support-
All players will receive 3 draft booster packs
An additional 3 draft booster packs for top half of players,
An additional 3 draft boosters for the top 4
Additionally the top 4 players will receive 2 cards each from a pool of 8 pre-selected cards, based on final standings
