This is an Individual booking form for in-store play on Saturday August 08. DOORS OPEN FROM 10:00 START TIME OF OPENING PACKS FOR EVENT IS 12:30pm This booking form is for an INDIVIDUAL BOOKING of 1 player.
EACH BOOKING IS FOR A SINGLE SEATING OF A SINGLE PLAYER. Additional room for additional persons is not provided, due to space constraints and limitations.
This will be allocated to the first 38 PLAYERS to book. After the allocation is full, we WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY MORE REQUESTS ON THIS DAY.
