This is an individual booking form for Magic the Gathering Commander in-store play on Wednesday October 28.

The CHANGE – We are now going to be insisting on a £5 spend on arrival (in the form of a £5 Credit voucher, or getting the spends in for the evening at the start) to ensure that we can both ease the process of table service and guarantee a Wednesday contribution.

We are very aware that we are well supported at other times of the week, but in truth, reduced capacity and demand is forcing our hand here.

This booking form is for a SINGLE BOOKING of 1 player.

Each booking is for a single seating, for a single player. Additional room for additional persons is not provided, due to space constraints and limitations.

This will be allocated to the first 18 players to book.  After the allocation is full, we WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY MORE REQUESTS ON THIS DAY.
